Hi Sukomvit, The problem in this case might be that you have set the same USB mic device to secondary audio track and auxilary audio track. Thank you for reporting this. The only difference between Game and Screen mode is in borderless windowed mode.
In fullscreen exclusive mode both Game and Screen work the same.

Are you running in borderless windowed of fullscreen exclusive?

Is the game running in borderless windowed mode or fullscreen exclusive?
Is the audio captured using "standard" System Default mode or Selected application?

Do you have Aero enabled on Windows 7? Also make sure to have recent drivers installed. A black screen can mean:
1. Hi performance desktop capture is not possible (driver problem)
2. Device needs authorization on server before any signal can be transmitted
