Just used this and it worked for me. UAC does not need to be turned on. It kept my customized Action settings.

I had UAC off, tried turning it on, and this did not solve it for me.

What's the fix? I got a response finally from support saying the problem was due to installing it in a non-default location, but I didn't change the default location when installing it. It is installed in C:/Program Files (x86)/Mirillis/Action!, is that not the default spot? I don't want to follow s...

If someone could "find" a link to a 1.24.3 installer, that'd be great, mmkay.

You know I just want to rant a bit while searching for the prior version all I can find are tons of cracked versions on pirate sites. So it is clear this STUPID policy of Mirillis of not allowing their legit customers to have easy access to the previous versions is having zero effect on piracy issue...

Does anyone have a link to the previous version installer? So far support isn't responding.

When I try to start Action it now pops up and says:

Critical Error 106

Failed to initialize product. Please install Action in program files directory.



Everything was working fine before this. Windows 8.1 Pro.
