This problem should be fixed already in the new version.

There is an option in Time-Shift settings to use RAM instead of HDD/SSD.

Press Windows key + R to open "Run" window.
Type msinfo32 and click OK to open System Information.
Now click File -> Save. Save the file on your desktop, this can take a while.
Attach generated file to your reply.

Go to Settings -> Audio and disable "Record sound" option and see if it works.
This way we will know if it is about aduio recording.

Make sure that hardware acceleration is set to HDR10 option, and that the video source is in HDR.
