crashes on tv buttom

i have tried this software numerous times and the watch tv never works,it crashes as soon as you hit the tv button,i m running a very common set up,a haupauge hvr 950q tv stick with win7 tv software on a win 7 64 bit machine,is there a fix for this,has anyone else had this problem,i ve have tried 4 different version of this software and no luck yet,any help would be much appreciated.

I can confirm this error. I also mentioned about this error few versions ago. Unfortunately without reaction from dev side.
