mp4 files

hello everyone, i'm new...... i can't get certain mp4 files to play... some mp4 files will play and some wont, any suggestions thank you

i have tryed with the free version splash lite and the splash lite pro... it plays some mp4 files and sum not

Could you post some MediaInfo of the files that are not played in Splash players? MP4 is just a multimedia container format. Maybe your video stream is not supported by Splash.

Seems like these files are just a renamed .flv files and Splash doesn't support flv (Flash Video).
The only way to playback them using Splash is to remux them to mkv or mp4. For remuxing to mkv you can use mmg.exe from mkvtoolnix (it's free and open source). Remuxing is very fast process and it doesn't change video/audio quailty.
