Native German speaker here.
"durschleiten"(passthrough) should be "durchleiten"
"Hochleistung"(in CPU Status) should be "Höchstleistung"
"Nicht verfügbat"(at Brightness) should be "Nicht verfügbar"
The "Battery Life" should not show "NA". The short form would be NV but I think "Nicht verfügbar" would fit well.

The About window could be translated too.
But the rest of the translation is fine. ;)

Hi, I have a lot of samples that I always use to test new players, so I would like to share with you DEVs some of them that aren't working well with your player. Plus, I'll add some suggestions:

1- deinterlacing isn't working well.This sample doesn't get deinterlaced. And this sample shows a lot of artifacts.
2- every MPEG2 file gets stuttered, even though the CPU usage is never over 25% in my E5200@3.2 GHz dual-core + 4 GB + 9600 GT. Example here;
3- Basketball 60fps 1080p 10000kbps.mkv (AVC @60 FPS codec) doesn't open;
4- milkgirls1080p.mov (MJPEG codec) doesn't open;
5- rnd01.mov (SVQ3 codec) doesn't open;
6- blll.avi is messy rendered;
7- can't get informations about this sample;
8- what you think about not handling files by their extensions, but by parsing each file and getting the correct codec information? For example, with current Splash player if a rename a valid .mp4 file to .hdmov Splash didn't even try to load it;
9- add 'Esc' hotkey to also close playlist and playback options dialogs;
10- I know this has been suggest by others, but I would like to point out the HUGE importance of a portable version. MSI package isn't the way...

Thanks and best regards
;)

Still no possibility to move subtitle over black zone below movie. :(
Also consider option to add one more larger size for subtitle or allow costume size.
I think I'm talking about subtitle overlay. :)
Please consider this options.

First of all, my englis is bad. Sorry.

When first time I caught sight of the player, I was glad very much. I believed it here a worthy player after the kmplayer. On the other hand I faced increasingly more problems as I tried it. Is ripping under certain films the setting opportunity of the sound, the optins subtitle settings very little, no mouse control.
I'm sorry, but all players appearing newly know these options in a basis already. 1 year will be more useful going by already possibly, but fortunately onto a PC there are increasingly more similar, players representing a much taller level in can though already.

Norsk translation:

Main | "Hent fil" (get file) better with "Åpne fil" (open file)
"Åpne TV" (Open TV) I would chose "Se TV" (Watch TV)

Video | "Display-instillinger" I would chose "Formattilpasning"

Undertekster | "Fontstørrelse" better with "Bokstavstørrelse"
Tegnkoding: "Default innstillinger" should be "Standard innstilling"

Tuner/TV | "Signalkraft" (signal power) better with "Signalstyrke" (signal strength)

EcoMode |
Forsyningskilde: "Nettverk" (Network) better with "Strømnett" (electrical grid)
Batteri: "Ikke tilgjengelig" instead of "NA"
"Batteriets kraftforbruk" better with "Batteriets effektforbruk"
"Avansert Energiforvaltning" (used when trading energy) use: "Avansert energistyring"
"Ballansert" has one l to much, "Balansert"

EPG line does not change correctly.

Message box opens on display 1 when Splash is on display 2

Hi guys.
I realy like this version. I was waiting for new version for a long time hoping that it would support FLAC but still no FLAC support :cry: so i have a question are you going to implement FLAC support?

The picture quality of media files played with this new version of your software is not as good as that of version 1.3. I noticed that unlike version 1.3, this new release does not have the option of 1080i to 1080p conversion. I guess that the absence of the upscalling to 1080p may explain the reduced picture quality in Splash Lite 1.4. I want to know if the absence of 1080i to 1080p conversion is a bug or you intentionally removed it. If it is the former, it would be nice if you fix it and if it is the later, then it will be nice if you restore it as 1080i to 1080p conversion is what makes your player a true HD player. If it is removed as it seems in this version, then the picture quality is no more outstanding, just average like several others.

Second, is there a way one can use your software with ffdshow? If not, do you plan to implement such in future releases. Thank you.
