guys what about FLAC? also my splash crashing all the time when i'm opening movie. if i'm simple starting it, that's ok no crashes.but it's crashes only on one movie.it's mkv container and contains MPEG4, 2 DTS audio and one AAC audio. i don't know what's the problem. but my general question about FLAC support.

I use many various decoders and players.Cyberlink simply as an example
because Mirillis gives you a complete player package and it works out of the box.
not only Mirillis.how about mpc-hc?

@mirillis team (Ghost):
I´ve just realized that Splash can´t open WMV (WMV3, WMV9/WVC1) files. That means I can´t open high-definition files like e.g. WMV-HD or VC-1 in a WMV container. Is there a specific reason for that? There´s a lot of WMV content out there and VC-1 will get used more and more. Also Purevideo (for Nvidia) and AVIVO/UVD (for ATi) supports WMV acceleration. Since you already got Purevideo working, and you already got a great VC-1 decoder that shouldn´t be too much work. I want to buy a player that can play all my high-def files, please. :)

Nice updates with 1.4. I'm also waiting for WMV support... :)

Please return to the v1.0-like update frequency. Having a +0.1 bump each two months is nice, but also having +0.01 changes with small bug fixes in the mean time is much nicer.

Multiple language support is very welcomed. Where can it be set? Contact me, if you're interested in Hungarian translation...

Haven't had much chance to use the new version yet. But I'm disappointed the trend seems to be text based subtitles only. Esp. in BluRay formats jumping through a bunch of hoops to convert PGS subs to .srt is a pita. Please include support for embedded PGS subs. That way I can just play an .mkv file, not process it for an hour first.

dear mirillis developers...

without wmv/ VC-1 support.. this high def player is not complete.

People watch PORN!!!... yes .. not only commercial Hollywood titles. And the high def porn videos released in porn websites use the VC-1 codec. People have HDs full of that porn but without a chance to get an accelerated decoder to play then (as for example coreavc do)

Some people can think that h.264 support is enough.. cause bluray releases uses it... but think also about the hig hdef codec used in the porn websites industry.. and you will notice that VC-1 is a must have for adult content high def videos.

hi, I appreciates again your work, but still no progress with TV channels management?
a simple grouping (ex. by provider) and a direct selection by mouse or number would be sufficient, and is standard even with freeware tuners. do tou think tou will release this?

thank you

oh, and again with TV management: no progress with crashing on SD channels using HW acceleration, you have to be careful with the combinations HW accel.-SD/HD channels. I don't see a reason to this: it's the same MPEG on SD and HD...

thank you again
