Splash Lite crash on startup

also getting the same crash but just on one machine, it is win7x64 with a gtx 280, i have it on 3 others, all win7x64 and 2 with nvidia cards with no problems.

We try to figure out what does the problem.

Meantime you may try to delete all Splash config files and try to run it again (i doubt that this will help but in Windows world everythings possible). Config files can be found C:\Usersusername\AppData\Local\Mirillis

i guess the config file it's created only if you at least once get to run the program, and since i didn't get it to work at all, i just can't find the specific file.

If it still does not work properly, go to Splash Lite installation folder (default folder is C:\Program Files\Mirillis\Splash Lite)
and run "Splash Lite CleanStart".

If it still does not work please go to Splash Lite config directory (C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Mirillis) and check
splash_log.txt file. Please copy and paste whats is inside.

Please, report also what type and version of antivirus software do you use.

I just have to say i can't find any directory as the one mentioned by you above. Moreover, i will post some more info about pc specs and other things:

CPU: AMD Athlon XP 2200+ (1.8GHz)
GPU: nVIDIA GeForce FX 5500 (256MB)
RAM: 1GB memory
Running Windows XP SP3 x86 (after an upgrade from SP2)
Using ESET NOD32 Antivirus 4.0.437.0

Furthermore, i have to say that actually when i do run the program it gives me Don't Send message. If i right-click the applocation, go under Run as... and select first option with Protect my computer and data from unauthorized program activity selected aswell, then it gives me the below error: (note: if i don't have protect my.... selected it will give Don't send again)

I tried everything mentioned by you and still doesn't work.

I also don't have such a logfile anywhere on my system.
And cleanstart doesn't work either.

GPU: ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3650
RAM: 4GB memory
Running Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit
Using AVIRA antivirus

What I did
- Tried to install newest ATI-drivers
- Tried to uninstall ATI-drivers and run with Ms Drivers
- On the same laptop with Vista 32-bit it works well!
- It used to work on this exact same configuration within Win7, but something changed and suddenly Splash started crashing.
- Tried to clean every reference to splash and mirillis in the registry

splash_log.txt file is created after running "Splash Lite CleanStart".
Please run "Splash Lite CleanStart" from Splash Lite installation folder and then find Splash Lite config directory (C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Mirillis).

Please remeber that some folder names in the path can be translated to your system language.
Additionally folder AppData is hidden by default in the system, so you need to change your folders view temporarly to show hidden and system files.
Please send us the content of the log file.
