Thx for this excellent program!

I have the previous version installed on my Win 7 x64 laptop and it run smoothly w/ no problems.
I just installed the current version 1.1 on my Win xp sp2 desktop. Installation went smoothly but every time I try to run the program I get the following error:

Critical error during initialization
This application cannot be executed

I've tried to uninstall/reinstall and also the repair option but nothing has worked so far.

This problem might be related with WinXP SP2. Currently Splash Lite requires WinXP SP3 and possibly (but we need to verify this) some functionality is missing in WinXP SP2 that causes this error during Splash startup.

I have the exact same problem on my compaq v6328ea running on win7 ultimate 32 bit. I have the final updates, and couldn't make the program work.

I have similar problem.
Windows XP SP3

I can confirm similar problem.
Even without open a movie when I press "I" (info tab) button program crashes.
open player -> press "I" button

other situation:
Open the movie (in my case apple trailer) the movie was played properly. Press "I" for info and it working then stop the movie. Info key still working but when you right click on player the Information in inactive.

Missing file extension:
open file button -> there is no .hdmov ext in stream list
