Error when playing back .mts files from Sony HDR camcorder

				Hi,
When playing back .mts files I get the following error:
Display Error [DDraw]
'Failed to create overlay surface'
This error pops up repeatedly. The audio track from the video is playing though. Does anyone have any thoughts on how to correct this?
Thanks / Regards
Tony

Update graphics drivers, it should help. What is your graphics card?
Your system is WinXP i guess.

				Hi,
I'm running xp 32 bit with an nVidia Geforce Go 7900 GTX. nVidia drivers are 84.26. Any idea what the minimum I should upgrade to is?
UPDATE
Have upgraded nVidia drivers to 180.70 (latest version for my card suggested by laptopvideotogo) but still getting the same error when playing mts files.

				Hi,
Last update - I have managed to resolve this error. Uninstalled splash and updated the nVidia drivers to 187.77 plus added the most recent direct x 9 updates (9c+) then rebooted and reinstalled splash. Not sure which part resolved the problem or if all of it did but all working now.

Thanks for the feedback! Must have been video graphics drivers or DirectX issue. Uninstalling/installing Splash was not required as Splash does not interfere in any way to system and drivers.
