Same problem for 3 months.

Three months and you say "it's fixed" and it's not.
Nobody here has been answered hardly, I'm done.

Bye guys. This was nice recording software while it worked.

(Don't even ask if I've updated everything. Yes I have, and it doesn't work.)

Details about recording settings
Does problem occurs both for AVI and MP4 recordings? AVI - I don't try MP4 yet..
Does it occur for every game or only for a 1 title or a few? - Everygame recording + than 8min+-
Does problem occurs when recording to lower resolution (480p)? Yes
Does it occur when recording Windows desktop? Yes (I tried all the three options)

Please keep the scheme from below to report your issue:
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 64b.
Video Card: R9270.
Current Driver version and date: 14.501.1003-141120a-177998C
Memory: 8GB, 1666Mhz
Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080, recording in full screen, window, desktop.
Recording mode: All.
Video Type: AVI.

The recorded file slow down the video em some parts, 3 seconds can be 6 seconds. I can't convert with converter software, I can't edit because is impossible to watch in Sony Vegas.

Action v1.24.2.

--

This is sad, Action is the best software ever, but I can't use anymore.......

---------

EDITED:
I never use MP4/MP4 AMDAPP because when I record with separate microphone audio, I can't import these files to Sony Vegas (only import audio, no vídeo). So I tried yesterday solve this problem in Sony Vegas downloading codecs and .dlls, I finally solved.

I tested 30min recording (MP4 AMP APP) gameplay and surprise, works properly !!!
I'll use this option right now until .AVI fix, because some games crash when I try record with AMD APP, maybe because I'm using the GPU.

Same issue here. It only happens randomly for me (in 30 seconds to a minute chunks) and seems to correlate when my FPS drops below 60.

OS: Windows 7
Video Card: NVIDIA 760 GTX
Memory: 8GB
Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080
Video Editor: Adobe CS6
Game Problem: DarkSiders 2, Sonic & All Stars Racing Transformed, Max Payne 3, and others...
Video Type: AVI or MP4?

Hi everyone,

I have problems recording sounds on several video games : Action! doesn't record every sound of the game :?
For example, in Max Payne 3, I hear all the sounds in my headset, but on the recorded video, I hear Max's voice, but not all the SFX, other voices and bruitage like steps, glass, etc...
I really don't understand why, I checked all of my settings and everything seems to be ok.

Hope that someone can help me ! :)

I see 86 posts to date, and no matter the config, they all have the same issue; audio sync problems. Has it been solved? Is it an upgrade issue? I'm running 1.24.1.0. I just purchased this software a few weeks ago, but if I had seen these posts beforehand, I would not have purchased it.

Please post the solution at the top level of this forum so people don't have to drill down and find it (if it exists) buried in some thread.

This thread is no longer supported since mentioned issues has been fixed. Other synchronisation issues should be reported in separated threads unless there is a dedicated one.
