Action doesn't want to record my desktop

Hi
after buying the software, an HD camera and studio equipment
Now I'm ready to make my vidéo .
but it's new, Action refuses to capture my desktop.
in gaming configuration it's ok but not if I want to use the software as a whole (I need to return to windows and I want to show it).
Please reader help me

I7 4790k / 24go 2133 / GTX 980 tu
