You didnt catch that. This file is located in the Splash Pro folder and it seems it comes with the installer itself. Maybe it is a future upgrade (a menu for home theaters?)... It is NOT a bug report, just a question. Do you know the answer?

Hehe, this is a HD camcorder interactive menu background.
If you plugin avchd camcorder to your pc than you can browse clips using thumbnails.
