Resume Playlist Feature

It's a good start but it seems that the only playlist that persists between sessions is the last movie played. It would be nice to have splash keep a database of files that have been played and attempt to automatically play the file loaded when splash is opened based on the position it was at when it was last closed, which could be a couple of days and a selection of other files later.
