Mp4 videos Icons in windows problem

after installing splash pro and using it deafult for playing videos , after 2 , 3 days , icon of mp4 files will be blank and it won`t be fix , what`s the problem ? if i use another program to playing mp4 videos , icon will be ok , but when i use splash icon will be blank , i`m useing splash pro 1.4.1

It looks like some other software changed Windows registry.

Please try to
1) change mp4 association to other software and then back to Splash
2) if this does not work try to uninstall and install PRO version again
