As you can see here, your GPU simply doesn't fully support hardware decoding.

Brev - an important thing which many overlook - are your drivers and op/sys totally updated ?
What op/sys , by the way ?
BDX - in theory , you're right . In reality , strange things can happen , especially with these types of things - it's worth a try .
Choosing a lower quality sound channel may also help .
Another strange but true - the order of installing drivers , video players ,, and uninstalling other video players , can have a big effect on all of this .

Finally!!! Thanks a lot guys.I removed my 6600 gt and.I bought a 8800 gt card.All videos(h264,vc1,mpeg2,any HD content) playing smoothly and consumes less cpu power.Additionally cuda encoding is awesome.

As I know Splash PRO for 6600GT does not support video decoding acceleration for H.264 and VC-1. Splash PRO should use this however to accelerate decoding of MPEG-2 video.
