Splash Pro keeps freezing, failing, crashing

I don't know what to say it just keeps failing, without somebody directly in front of my PC its hard to describe what's happening.

I watch anime on the MVK format. But for some reason Pro doesn't like this certain series. Every time I try to run an episode it either freezes and the audio continues before failing, or it just stops as a whole. Now before anybody suggests anything no I have not turned off the various interpolation and hardware acceleration since that's NOT why I use Splash. I use it to watch smooth animation I can't get anywhere else.

My specs are as follows
Windows 7 64 Bit
GPU: Dual nvidia GTX 460
CPU: AMD Phenom II 970 3.5 GHz

I really don't know why there is a problem because its only this one set of mvk videos that don't run properly. Everything else run perfectly. And sometimes I run several episodes fine and then a problem comes up and I can't continue.

Like the topic says Splash keeps failing on me.

These are my Specs
Windows 7 64-bit
CPU- AMD Phenom II X4 970 3.50 GHz
GPU- Dual Nvidia GeForce GTX 460s

I'm not sure how to explain my problem because I'm sure its going to sound very strange. I have a lot of videos in the MKV format on my PC. Now at of all the MKVs a certain few keep failing and crashing Splash Pro. Whether its video freezing with audio running, or a straight crash where an error message comes up it just crashes with these videos. And I don't know what's at fault here because the videos run perfectly in the DivX player. And Splash runs perfectly when running any other mkv file.
And without actually giving any of you the files to test on your own machines I don't know what help I can expect.
And sometimes the videos run fine. Is there any kind of help you can give?

Does the problem repeat for HD videos when 1 of your GTX cards is disabled?
