Intel Quicksync decode mode?

Sun May 13, 2012 7:38 pm

Will future Splash versions support this mode?
Ex of filter that supports quicksync: http://sourceforge.net/projects/qsdecoder/
It should make laptops save more battery and it also run faster.

It would't be any faster (or save more battery) than current solution. However current implementation have some issues, that egur's decoder doesn't have.

Hello guys. :)

I've same request. Please adapt this technology to Splash.

I've 2 GPUs - Intel HD4000 from Ivy Bridge and Asus GeForce GTX 560 Ti 2048MB.
Splash's hardware acceleration works well with GTX560 and not working with HD4000 when I disable GTX560.
Win7 Home Premium x64.
