When the Splash will fully support
x64 OS? Now the vast majority of users are using the
64-bit operating systems! Even a freeware video player
MPC-HC fully supports
64-bit systems

Agree. Is there a way to build an x64 version?

What for?
Since Splash PRO/EX doesn't eat 3GB of RAM the result isn't worth it...

It's not just RAM... x64 commands can be used for codecs to decode/encode videos, math operations...

Cool. Do you know what boost in perfomance will it give?
For example
http://forum.doom9.org/showpost.php?p=1 ... tcount=658 (this thread about new hardware decoder).
And another comment from madshi (creater of the best video renderer - madvr): "Maybe you can give me a reason to create a 64bit version? Right now I see none. And no, "just because" is not a valid reason."
About other parts - to gain little improvment in motion² it require to complete rewrite the code.
So, again,

and what benefits for using MPC-HC x64 instead of x86?

And 32-bit programs work in emulation mode on 64-bit CPU's in Windows x64. It's slows perfomance...

Not true. X64 processors include x86 instructions. There is no performance loss whatsoever.

And still no numbers (of perfomance loss/gain)...
