Windows 8 Window display problem

Hello,

I've been having this problem ever since I've installed windows 8. If i leave Splash Pro open and I start a game, when I alt tab the splash pro window looks like this

I have the latest version installed 1.13.1.0.

System specs:
Windows 8 Pro with Media Center
Intel Core i7 960
Nvidia GeForce GTX 580

Thank you for reporting this problem. It's a new unknown bug. Does this happen in every game or just this particular one?
