I have recently downloaded the trial version of PRO to test the capture facility. I have been using a different free utility which has much more flexible capturing, as it allows the capture either of every nth. frame, or every nth. second or a total of n frames, for any video clip. It works very well for 1280x720 video but is very noisy for 1920x1080 containing movement. The quality of your captured frame is far superior. Is there any possibility of providing the extra capturing flexibility in a future update (soon !!!).

We have capture improvements included in our plans for future Splash versions, but
it is hard to say at the moment when it will be ready.
