No sound after pause

Thu Nov 17, 2011 8:23 am

Hi,

I tried several versions of the software but I always have the same problem. when resuming to watch a movie after pressing pause, the sound disappear and I have to press stop and then play again in order to get the sound back. This happens sometimes but not always an usually after long watch.
I am using gigabyte motherboard model ga-ma78gm-s2h and amd quad core cpu model 9550.

Thanks for the help.

I've always had this probleb with SplashPro...

Note that you can also jump few seconds back and the sound will be restored.

Thanks for the tip I'll try it but I think that the Dev's should pay attention to this since its a very "old" bug.

P.J - the bug is with all media files.

We cannot reproduce this problem in our labs.

Can you please provide some more info when this happens, does it happen when you press pause/play very fast or only when pause is for a long time?
Whats your audio output settings in Splash audio settings?

5.1 channel

Sometimes my movie don't have sound when start file ( splash ) but, i am still not stop music from winamp.

I don't think that the problem is in the time btw pauses, probably when some other program try go get sound "channel from windows".
