Issue with video overlay and Windows 8

Hi!

I don't know if this problem is Windows 8 or SPlash Pro related, but I post it to see if anyone can help. Turns out that I've installed Windows 8 in a laptop where I had Windows 7. With windows 7 all worked great and I had Splash Pro installed and could play any movie with video overlay and subtitles enabled. Now with Windows 8 I can't force overlay video because I can't see the whole subtitles, I only see the lines that are not displayed in the video. I mean I can only see the subtitles in the bottom black band but not those that should be drawed inside the video. I have two graphic cards in the laptop, an Intel HD 3000 and a GeForce GT 520MX, and I have this issue with both. Anyone knows how can I solve this? Thanks in advance!

Sorry about the delay, I wanted to be sure about what happened. It seems that one of the last windows 8 updates fixed the problem, and now I can see the subtitles in a black background when I have "video overlay" checked. I didn't change the graphic drivers, I didn't install anything, so I assume it's been a Win update which solved the problem. Thanks anyway for the interest! Looking forward for a new version... ;-)
