ATTENTION: XBOX 360 Wireless Control Method

Mon Jul 15, 2013 11:10 am

To Everyone's surprise, and to my own, I am about to reveal to my joy, that

You can use the Xbox 360 Wireless Controller with Splash Pro!

Here is How.

1) Download Xbox Controller Mouse Simulator 1.5. Put it in your startup Folder.

2) Read instructions on how it works (It is very simple)

3) Download Xbox 360 Controller Manager. Put it in your Startup Folder.

Restart your computer. These 2 programs will load with Windows.

4) Test it by holding the Xbox Controller center button, it should ask if you want to turn it off or not.

5) Hold LB and RB together then Press B. It should Enable or Disable the Mouse Simulator. If it does not, Hit the big center button, turn off the controller, then Turn it back on again.

6) Once you can move your mouse around, go on the desktop, Point on Splash, hit A twice.

Splash will Start. You can use the D pad on the controller to Forward/Rewind in whatever increments you have set.

Basically it is like using a mouse but much more comfortably.

Sadly, there is no way to FF RW or any other stuff. You can control the volume by Right Analog stick or Left and Right Trigger buttons. You can also press B to bring up the context menu.

Hope this helps some of you who are sick of using the mouse when you are not in a position to do so.

Last but not least, find a way to thank the people who created those software I mentioned above.

Cheers!
