Why i cant hear anything when play a video with TrueHD Sound ?

By the same topic I wanna to ask about sound quality. If you will listen one film or music on Splash pro and some other Video player, you will hear that the quality of Splash pro is lower.
Any video player has normal sound quality but not SPLASH PRO player! I like this player but sound quality is awful
What you did with sound in your player? Im sure that you did something with it. Maybe codecs.. i dont know..
