Setting defaults and support

Sun Nov 30, 2014 9:10 am

Just bought Pro EX (and found out it's no longer receiving development time.) Anyway, my noob questions are:

1. It looks like Pro EX doesn't support .mov and more. Is that true? I can play some .mov files, but others give me an error.
2. When I try to set ProEX as the default player, I don't see it in the menu. Why is that?

I have several more questions, but I'm now wondering if it's worth putting in time on this lame duck product now that there is no future plans for improvement. Might be better just lick my $25 wounds and find a program where the company has enough honesty to advise customers the product is no longer being developed before they buy.
