What settings to use?

I got my "htpc" wierd up to my samsung LCDTV (one year old).
The computer is running on an NVIDIA ION chip, and got dual core 1,6gz. (I got all the latest drivers).

Cant realy get the motion 2 settings to work at all without massive judder/tearning.
Works much better to not have motion2 ON.
Why is that? the motion2 should make the picture runs much smoother, not the other way?
Is there an tweak that im missing? what HZ are you guys running? what settings in Splash? etc etc...

Your CPU is not powerful enough. Sorry

PS: It also uses quite a bit of system RAM, so it's best to have minimum of 2GB
