Second monitor playback problem

Hi,
I have a problem playing SD videos (divX avi) in full screen on second monitor (connected through DVI). After some time (random - 5 - 20 minutes), video starts to jitter, audio goes fine. It looks like frames were skipped. However, if I move video back to 1st monitor and move back it is corrected, as well as if I rewind the video.
It is not a performance issue, I have new Athlon II, 4 GB DDR 3 and ATi 5500 series. HD video works great as well as hardware acceleration. CPU load goes never over 30 %.
It is not related to Motion2 etc., same thing with and without.
Anyone has an idea what could be a problem and cause extremely annoying snatchy SD video playback ?
