auto refresh rate switching?

just found this program and trying it out, does it auto switch the refresh rate from 60hz to 24hz for 24p material? or is it better to use the motion2 upconverting to 60p on 24p material? just really trying to get stable playback from my pc to my projector screen and having a lot of trouble with mpc-hc getting perfectly smooth playback.

Hi, Splash does not auto switch refresh rate.

Please check how does videos look like with your projector with Motion2 enabled.
The effect should be nice.
