When will Spash Pro 1.2 be released? I am anxiously awaiting an update where, as earlier postings suggest, the dts audio problems and the mkv seeking difficulties (on some files) are addressed.

Yes. The sound problems really needs to be taken care of.

It gets annoying to wait such long times. We need bugfixes and extra features.

Motion2 isn't good enough now, epecially with 25p sources.

I have some mkv samples that fail to playback audio, and they use AC3 track. MPC-HC plays just fine.

Also, some times Splash returns DivX codec error box and fails to play half of my AVI files. Workes fine after i restart the player.


I hope the admins are listening, Splash needs bugfixes ASAP.

Yes please, update would be much appreciated. I would like to see some more motion2 improvements and have the no sound on ac3 issue addressed. It's annoying having to remux audio. Thanks!

I was debating on buying pro back when it first went on sale, and I can say that I am glad I waited. There are many different issues that need to be fixed: the annoying no divx codec error, improved motion2 with gpu utilization, updated .mkv playing (no audio on newer .mkv files), etc.

Hopefully a new version is coming soon, but with hardly any of the devs or moderators on the forums replying, there is no telling when it will come.

I hope the silence from the Mirillis means they are working on the next version.
