Motion2 juddering like hell

First, most videos playing wonderful smooth with motion2. Mirillis is doing a very good job.
But this special test-video for motion2 is juddering like hell, why? :cry:

I told you 'everything is ok', but it wont play better on 1.2.2.
I mean we have no bug, but problem is the file, thats why I said 'everything is ok'.

Here is the problem explanation:
file is coded as 25fps, but video PTSs look like it is 24fps. In such case, synchronization repeates some frames.
M2 set to 6+ converts 25 to 60 (basing on framerate 25), but in fact it makes conversion 24 to 57.6fps.
57,6 played as 60 looks terrible, because only 2 frames from 60 needs to be repeated. Looks like 2 freezes per second.
If you try transcoding the file with proper fps setting, it should work fine.

So it's the file and everything is ok with Splash.
