the most accurate is without any enhancement. But I don't mind losing a bit of red when Motion2, but that's only for music videos.

My favorite is 6, 2, 2, 0, 0, 0. I turn off detail boost with HD content because it doesn't make the image better. Also light boost makes the image a bit yellowish at it's higher setting, so I keep it lower.
Motion 2 i keep it off most of the time because it eats a lot of CPU.
