hi guys,
each time i play a mkv file with motion2 enabled, it works fine the first 5 minutes then it start to be choppy, same problem for the sound. If i disable the motion2 (even during payback), everything is running smoooth again. I could understand if it was choppy at the start of the playback, but it's not the case.
it happens with 1080, 720 and even sd files.
My drivers are updated and my comp is strong enough imho.
xps1730, c2d t9300 @2.5, 2x8700gt in sli, 6gb ram, win7 64
i bought splashpro especially for the motion2 feature so any help will be appreciated.
and sorry for my crappy english by the way

cheers,
Zento

Thank you for reporting problem.
We will investigate this problem asap.
Can you check if problem repeats with "Force video overlay: option (settings/video)?
Does the problem repeat with hardware acceleration enabled/disabled?

It is working for me now! No "chopping", no vibration, no hiatus.

unfortunately, the problem is still there for me even with the latest 1.2.3 update.
I also tried different gfx drivers with no luck.

Hi zento,
I have some questions that could help us to reproduce the problem, because since your report we were unable to repeat it in our test lab.
- is there a scenario that you dont experience the issue?
- is it happening on older Splash Pro versions (1.0.0 or 1.1.0)?
- when it happened for the first time? maybe you remember what important could change in your system configuration, some driver updates, or a new software installed?
- could you check your CPU temperature before enabling M2 and once again when you experience the issue?
maybe there is something else you think can help us I didnt ask.
regards,

I can confirm that motion2 enabled still doesnt work correctly on my pc either even with the latest update 1.2.4
I have a Windows 7 64bit and enabled hardware acceleration. Graphics card is a dual nvidia geforce 9500 GT.
