Version 1.2.2.0 - crashing when seeking stream with MP3Audio

Splash Pro works perfectly, except when playing avi's with XviD content - playback goes fine, pausing, restarting goes well - but when trying to jump into the timeline (seek) - the player will crash. This does not happen on MKV files.

Crash is "Splash Pro has stopped working - A problem caused the program to stop working correctly, windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available". "Close program"

Running as administrator doesn't help, running in compatibility mode doesn't help.

Windows 7 x64, no additional codecs installed.

Did anyone ever experience this?

Furthermore, I want to keep testing Splash Pro, because when this is fixed I will buy it - however, with 10 days to go and not being certain this will be fixed, I won't buy it then... please help :)

One AVI with Xvid/DivX that didn't crash is one with AC3 audio - MP3 audio crashes.

...and this confirms it - playing .MP3 files without video results in the same problem - seek crashes the player. Will attempt another MP3 codec.
