Maybe it is a common template, that means it is not plaiarism.

Maybe, but I do not think so. Why do designers of Mirillis use public template?
Do they really can not draw it yourself?

For business purposes the templates are often bought and if you want the template to remain unique, you have to pay almost triple for it.

"The background" is exclusively designed for Splash products and it is an intelectual property of Mirillis Ltd.
It is not a template publicly available. Light Alloy uses it without our knowledge and without permission, infringing our copyrights.
