Just to remind you I dont have problems with other movies / tv shows I watch but this file isnt working properly on splash pro but on other streamer like vlc it does work any suggestion on why this happens and what I should to inorder to fix it ?

problem with a TV SHOW (mkv file)
usually I dont have problems with movies I watch and other tv shows on splash pro but this tv show I've started watching is showing me weird rectangle colors instead of the show itself now I've checked the video with vlc and its working fine but with splash pro I see this
