Does PRO EX,export the built-in subtitles as well?Or at least an external one?

Please add the ability to edit, trim or snip out only section of a movie to export. This is great for cutting out commercials.

A great example of this is how eyeTV or Turbo.264 HD from Elgato (http://www.elgato.com)

Not yet but this feature is included in our plans for future versions.
And what do you mean by exporting subtitles? To mux it into the output file to be possible to swithc it on/off or encode subtitles to a picture to be always visible?

This functionalityis planned to be added in advanced view window.
Advanced view windows should be soon available and new features will be added gradually.
