When I tried to run Splash PRO EX 1.8.0 on my friend's notebook, I got that message

Sony VAIO EA Series: Core i3, 4GB, Win7 HP x64 SP1, Mobility Radeon HD5470 w/ Catalyst 11.5 from AMD site.

Please try the latest 1.10 version. It should be fixed.
