Very simple here. If your company is not responding to user requests (important ones to many of us like subtitles, Windows Media Center integration with Media Browser, Media Center keyboard maps, A way to gracefully exit Splash when pressing the stop button when played via MediaBrowser etc, and many many other awesome navigating suggestions by the "Rain" gentleman) time and time again, we will be glad to go else where and it is already happening due to negative posts about Mirillis on other forums.

I am actually telling people to not buy your products as I see your last 4 to 5 releases "ALL" have none, I REPEAT NONE of what we all been begging for almost a year now. That to me says alot about your company.

I, if you remember, took the time to write and recommend you folks to MediaBrowser community, telling them how awesome your solution until now.

Very very disappointed customer.

IF you need help about developing software, maybe we, users , can help you.
for example;
Testing betas
translating user interface,
maybe, if you can show us part of source code, we can write script or module, plugin vs.( ı know you are coomercial enterprise, I dont mean all important part. at least you can be inspired by Our codes)

I think we many are very eager to help.

Considering your roadmap, could you perhaps give us a hint when do you expect to release version 2.x of your players? I'm currently in trial mode and plan to buy Splash PRO EX but I'm afraid that the new version will come the next day (or week) after I make my payment and I'll have to pay again (considering that the version 1.x is over a year old now)

We planned to release new versions every year, but there is still some basic functionality to do in PRO and PRO EX so we do not expect to release version 2.0 this year.

We are aware that there is still some functionality missing to do.
I am really very sorry about this but we cannot do everything at a time. This missing functionality will be added but it will take some more time.

We plan to open some api for plugin developers but this is planned for longer future.
At the moment this is not possible.

I use splash from ver 1.0 and am happy bout the dev progress.

We are working on this at the moment, will post release time information when will be available.
