Subtitles improvements are planned but it is not our priority at the moment.
We do not plan susbtitles to be improved for upcoming update.

I think you should change your priority, after all you make this player for the user and to gain money..
I planed to buy Splash PRO EX vl license for 30 computers on my brother's company but obviously I will not do that
untill there is some basic subtitles improvements.
subtitles should be on your top priority, just looks how many request and topics are opened by users asking for the same thing! subtitles improvements!

i downloaded trial version and it's just AWESOME. Here are some improvements just for reminding : D

-ability to control subtitle delay with keyboard shortcarts. [my biggest problem with splash]
-expanding subtitle delays more than just 5000 ms!
-remembering last subtitle position.

thanx.

I agree. Mirillis is a terrible company at listening to users. Heck, they totally ignore many of my questions/suggestions and others on this forum. Forums around the globe are full of negatives about Mirillis now. I actually bought their software but will soon be looking for other alternatives as I am not very happy with their releases that just more of the same and TOTALLY IGNORE what users are begging for. Things like subtitles, Media Center integration and others are just totally ignore.

I have spoken very positively about this company in forums and actually recommended their HD software solution but since then have removed anything positive about them.

Strange, and to my wishes listen. Can your wishes more from misunderstanding? Give the reference to your wishes - we will look.

Guys, I am very sorry that you feel disapointed but be sure we do not ignore any of users feedback.
We collect all users feedback, suggestions and requests and we keep it in our records to make our products better.
We just cannot develop all features at the time, even if some of them seems to be very simple.
Our schedule is tight, we follow our roadmap and we work at maximum to meet your expectations.

Considering your roadmap, could you perhaps give us a hint when do you expect to release version 2.x of your players? I'm currently in trial mode and plan to buy Splash PRO EX but I'm afraid that the new version will come the next day (or week) after I make my payment and I'll have to pay again (considering that the version 1.x is over a year old now) :)
