DTS-HD HR - bitstreaming - FIXED

I like bitstreaming functionality of this player, almost all formats work flawlessly - Dolby TrueHD, DTS-HD Master Audio, even the Dolby Digital+. But it doesn't work (at least for me) with DTS-HD High Resolution audio. This format is probably not widely used and I can live without it but here's an audio sample if someone wants to check it:
Bitstreaming works for me in MPC-HC and properly configured ffdshow with this sample.

What device do you use to bitstream audio (NVIDIA card, ATI card etc)?

Currently Intel® HD Graphics 3000 (in i7-2600K CPU) but the result was the same when I tried AMD Radeon 6450.
