DLNA support?

Wed Aug 03, 2011 5:34 pm

Hi,

Since many new TV's support DLNA nowadays, it would be really nice if Splash supported this feature. If there's anything we can do to help test this feature (even in Alpha/Beta fase), please let us know. Right now only players like Windows Media Player (yuck!) can stream video to TV. Splash would gain a HUGE userbase if you added this feature, trust me! :D

This is included in our plans but we do not expect it to be available soon.

O.K., thanks. At least I know it's in the pipeline. Many people are waiting for a decent DLNA client for their TV, so Splash is obviously the #1 candidate. 8-)
