Please help! I can't hear anything with SpashProEx V1.11.0.0

Please give me the solution. I've tried any version of SplashProEx but I can not hear anything with video files (most Avi) that encore with Mp2 audio. However, many of media programs can play it nomarlly. I can not understand. Because SplashProEx is very very good, I do not want to stop using it. Please give me the solution for this very inconvenient.

Yes, Only with mp2 audio. Every audio format is still right. I've tried hundreds of time with a lot of videos, but only problem with videos with Mp2 audio >.< . I've try to install some code like K-lite code, Divx Plus HD, but it still the same >.<. Please give the the solution, because I really like Splash.

I've the same problem with a few Mpeg2 files with MP2 audio but it goes if I replay the video
Can you upload the file?
