hardware acceleration

hello everyone, when I play 1080p with motion ultra level 10 and hardware acceleration from NVidia purevideo ....it seems that the artifact`s level is very strong and very often...but when I play without purevideo on ,then the level of the artifact are almost invisible, it doesn't appear only one or two times during a whole movie....does NVidia purevideo also accelerates the artefacts level? thank you
also when motion 2 ultra and purevideo is turned on the framerate presents some stutterings,when NVidia is turned off, it doesn't anymore, is there anyone else who can confirm this?
I have windows 8 X64, q8300 2,5 ghz and NVidia gt630 1gb
