Hello,

I've been having problems playing back videos in MOV container. I am using version 1.13.1 of Splash Pro EX. I have also tried previous versions of Splash Pro and Splash Pro EX, all of which gave me the same experience. When I play high definition and full HD H.264/AVC files in MOV container, the audio stutters regularly. I have tried different audio setups (stereo to 7.1) but nothing works. I tried demuxing and muxing the files to MKV container and the movies played perfectly. My OS at the moment is Windows 7 32-bit.

Thank you for the sample files. The files seem to play correctly in our lab. We need more information. Please provide us following:
- System audio output settings.
- Splash audio output settings.
- CPU Usage while playing video
- Splash Playback Settings
- Splash Video Settings

+1 I have the same problem with .mov on Core 2 Duo + Radeon-HD-4650 + ESI Juli@ + Windows 2003 Server x86 while CPU usage is not extreme and there is no such trouble in other media players with same files.
