Seeking and sound problem

hi,
using pro ex latest version
sometimes when im watching videos, i dont hear sound, but i open same file with other player, its okay.
second, im watiching HQ 1080p videos, im trying to seek movie to i want time
but i cant
my cpu i3 3220 and gpu sapphire 7850
using windows 8 x64
and motion2 is perfect im using this player for this
but this error make me install second player
