No images but sound

hi everyone,
I've been using Splash pro EX since a few weeks but since a few days it refuse to play videos.
It "plays" but i got no images(only the splash logo) and only sound until it crash and stop but the software don't crash.
If I play it full screen, a part of the screen get black and the rest is my desktop.

Sometimes it doesn't launch and i need to kill it with the task manager.
I tried to uninstall and then re-install it but nothing change.

Could you post a MediaInfo report about one of your video files that is not played correctly?
