Intel Quick Sync
Do your Codecs scale to use all graphics cores? I mean will they run even faster on an Ivy Bridge (i3-3225) with HD4000 graphics versus a Sandy Bridge (i7-2600) with HD2000?

Intel QS is separate peace of hardware, it doesn't use GPU shaders.
So any software that is using it for encoding will use it's full potential.
