At the moment our codecs are not available for other software as filters/plugins.
This option is still being considered.

I hope you do allow your codecs to be used in other players as filters or plugins. The h264 dxva filter works perfectly for me, however the sound in many of my files don't seem to work with Splash :(

Please open Splash info panel (press "i") and check what audio format is detected. We are planning to add more audio codecs soon. We are not planning to release our codecs as filters or plugins in the near future, but we consider it for long term future plans.

Hi!

MPC-HC some time ago added DXVA for ATI-cards for H264 with High@L5.1 and too many Re-Frames(i tested 1080p with 9ref and 720p with 10 ref)

would be a big advantage in your player!

Greetings
user

ps: i did not fully understand the technical details but i think the new Catalyst made it easier

I think it should be availble with next release after Splash Lite 1.4.1.
