Mirillis Action! cannot record system sound even with full settings enabled

Hi guys,

I'm using Mirillis Action! to record software tutorial videos, but recently discovered a rather annoying problem: the software does not record system sounds (such as sounds from browsers, games, YouTube videos...), although in the Audio Settings section I have enabled "Record system sounds" and adjusted the volume to a high level.

I have tried:

Update the audio driver.

Run Action! as Administrator

Switch between recording modes (Active screen, Game, Desktop)

Check the volume mixer in Windows

But still no results. Meanwhile, other software like OBS still records system sounds normally. I'm not sure if this is a software error or a conflict on my system.
Has anyone encountered a similar situation and solved it? I look forward to receiving advice from the community!

Try checking that the correct audio output is selected in both Windows and Action!, update or reinstall your audio drivers, and ensure no other audio software is conflicting. If it still doesn’t work, contacting Mirillis support with your system details is a good next step.
